About me

I qualified as an Integrative Counsellor in 2023 and since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults aged 18+ with a wide range of emotional needs. I am a member of the BACP.

I believe deeply in the power of being heard, of feeling truly listened to in a space that’s non-judgemental and compassionate. My approach is rooted in the understanding that each person carries their own story, and I work hard to meet you where you are, without assumptions. You are the expert in your own life; I offer a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences safely and at your own pace.

I’ve facilitated bereavement groups in the community, including face-to-face and walk-and-talk sessions, and I welcome people from all backgrounds. I aim to work within the diversity each of us holds, recognising the unique ways we experience the world.

Authenticity is central to how I work. I’ve spent time in my own therapy and training learning to meet myself with honesty and care—and I bring that same presence to my work with clients. I remember what it was like to walk into the counselling room for the first time, and I honour the courage it takes to begin.
